Yes, we know the Geek and Nerd naming thing was cute a few years back, but seriously do you really want a Geek or a Nerd coming to service your computer? Wouldn't you want someone who was professional and can communicate in laymen's terms? Plus clients of ours have said to us that some Geeks and Nerds have questionable personal hygiene!

At Tech Squad® we pride ourselves in being knowledgeable in regards to computers but at the same time remembering that we are human beings too and that we need to respect and be able to communicate to you our customers.

The story behind Tech Squad® is that it was started by two young ambitious Canadian entrepreneurs in 2000. Their vision was to create a Tech Support organization consisting of computer technical professionals with the experience and reputation that clients can trust, rely upon and be able to communicate with.

Today Tech Squad® can proudly say that they have successfully achieved their vision by developing an organization that fits with these goals which means you the customer will always get quality customer service and a great experience choosing to use Tech Squad®!

Lastly, we would like to make it clear that we are not Geeks, or Nerds. We are however a group of professionals with client care being our number one priority.

Answer

Bring your system disks with you computer and any other disks that came with your computer. If you bring in your laptop, bring your system disks and the power cord for the laptop.

We take all major credit cards, cash, and debit. We also have gift certificates that we accept. Some of our Stations or Mobile Detachments accept other forms of payment that you may need to take up with them.

Of Course! Our labour is guaranteed up to 45 days after completion of work.

Moving from PC to Mac, we can help move your files. As well as moving from Mac to PC.

Yes like most other computer businesses now; our Stations are open only during normal business hours, but our Mobile Detachment Services go all day everyday. Just call 1-866-4BOOTUP (1-866-426-6887) and have an Operative paged. They will call you back with-in 15 minutes, and come to your location or help you with a Live Remote Fix internet session. Please keep in mind that extra charges apply for the Off Peak Hours Service, or our Rapid-Response Service.

We fix all computers, be it a Mac, Windows, or even Linux. Laptop, Desktop, or even Tablets we can repair them all.

This is an automatic inspection that must take place on each and every computer after service (kind of like Mr. Lube)

Our Priority Service is taken very seriously by our Mobile Detachments. What this means is if you are a Tech Squad® VIP and you book an Onsite Mobile Service call or a Live Remote Fix call you will be placed in the Priority Service queue which moves you into the front of the line. (Less waiting time and quicker fixing time.) Basically you're getting a Presidential pass for our service.

Our Service Stations will give you our Front of the Line Service whenever you drop off your computer and you flash your Tech Squad® VIP card. This basically means your computer gets placed to the front of the queue for that specific day that it was dropped off.

You will get referral Points if you are a Tech Squad® VIP and refer our name to other people and businesses that you know. These points add up getting you cool gift certificates to things like Spa's, Local Professional Sports Tickets, Movie Tickets, etc.

You will receive Renewal Points if you renew your Tech Squad® VIP after it expires in a year. Any points that you have accumulated will be forwarded to your new renewal.
